Fourth of July Weekend

I started out the trip at a rest stop with these little guys, Im not sure what they are but they were cute and all came running towards me when I threw cookies at them!
I went to Colorado with my friend Rachael from Nashville!
This is a horse at her Great Grandparents house, he wouldn't let me pet him and I was so mad, he came really close once then got scared and ran off!! One day I'll have my own horse, and it will like me!!
They had the cutest little house in the middle of the mountains with a perfect little garden and barn, across the street is a cherry and grape orchard with a train running in front!
We drove some scary roads to get to a place called marble city, there was lots of marble everywhere!
Rachael, and my new friend Spencer climbed illegally to get over there, they were askin for death, that's a huge cliff behind them! I think the path was fallin apart or sumthin!?

Awesome rainbow amidst all the mudslides on the roads we encountered!
This is the 4th of July in Aspen, and that lady right there is Elle Mcpherson, some famous super model!
The streets of Aspen!!!
A cute house I would like to own in Aspen!
We were on the tetter totter waiting for fireworks!!!!
And the grand finale of the trip, broke down 30 minutes away from her grandparents! Don't worry we pulled out the humongous towel and caught some rays while we waited for someone to rescue us!!
And, we found some old underwear on the side of the road, don't ask me what it's doin there?!?! hahahaha!!

Jeanette ! I'm glad you had fun and survived your perilous monntain drive, and your drive home. Colorado is beautiful. I love you.

Looks like fun! Especially the breaking down part. If not for that, how would you have discovered ancient underwear in the road? Good thing you weren't too far away from help!
